Japan's biggest three shipowners have unveiled further details of their planned containership merger.
The tie-up will be called Ocean Network Express (ONE) and is intended to be incorporated in Singapore, with a holding company in Japan.
Regional headquarters of the operating company will be set up in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Richmond in the US and Sao Paulo in Brazil.
