AP Moller-Maersk has announced the outcome of its much anticipated strategic review that will see the split of its businesses into two different entities.
The Danish conglomerate will have two divisions: Transport & Logistics and Energy.
Its oil business under the Energy division will be separated either individually or in combination from the group in the form of joint ventures, mergers or listings.
