Geogas Maritime is locking in one of its VLGCs into a charter to Sonangol of Angola for up to two years at a rate that is slightly higher than last-done deals of this length.
Sources said the Geneva-based LPG carrier owner has chartered out its 84,000-cbm Pointis (built 2016) for 12 months with an option for 12 more months at $18,500 per day, or $555,000 per month.
