Samsung Heavy Industries has inked a deal for an LNG carrier newbuilding as it closed 2017 ahead of its order target.
Seoul-listed Samsung announced the KRW 210bn ($195m) contract for an unidentified overseas owner on Thursday.
Samsung will hand the vessel over in the first quarter of 2020.
