Chief executive officer (CEO) Stamatis Tsantanis will takethe role of chairman from Dale Ploughman who has voluntarily left the boardaltogether.
Christina Anagnostara has resigned as CFO but will remain asa member of the board of directors and will assist the company in an advisorycapacity, Seanergy said in its earnings statement today.
No mention was made of a replacement for Anagnostara whoselast day in her current role will officially be 31 October.
George Tsimpis has also voluntarily stepped down from theboard of directors.
Seanergy said the moves were aimed at slashing costs at the bulkerowner which today reported a second quarter loss of $14.8m for the three monthsended 30 June.
