Clarksons says it's appointed Rachel Spencer as its new company secretary.
Spencer was previously with Aldermore Bank where she also served as company secretary. The position is responsible for ensuring a company follows established financial and legal practices and maintains corporate governance standards.
Prior to Aldermore, Spencer was Deputy Company Secretary at Invensys. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.
