A booming cruiseship market has boosted profit at Fincantieri with the Italian shipbuilder setting out ambitious financial targets through until 2022.
Fincantieri rang in orders of EUR 8.6bn in 2017 as net profit shot up from EUR 14m to EUR 53m ($65.6m).
Giuseppe Bono, chief executive of Fincantieri, says the results, a record for the company, confirm it is in good health.
