London Greeks say they are aware of the challenges that the latest political developments in Europe bring but their focus is currently on Qatar and rising tensions in the Middle East.
In the 82nd annual report of the Greek Shipping Co-Operation Committee (GSCC), chairman Haralambos Fafalios said: “Whilst we in Europe are focusing on Brexit, president Trump, president Macron and a multitude of European elections this year, perhaps we should more closely analyse how a Qatar boycott and the instability it causes could affect the shipping industry.”
