Finland's ESL Shipping is buying Swedish owner AtoB@C to widen its operations by adding 30 dry cargo ships.
The Aspo-owned bulker player said the enterprise value of the deal is EUR 30m ($35m) for 100% of the company.
The deal will be financed from existing reserves, but EUR 4.2m will be covered by new shares issued by Aspo.
The transaction needs competition approval and should be completed in the third quarter.
