The Saevik family-owned Havila Holding has sold its 50% stake in cruise and ferry company The Fjords.
Norway’s Best Group (NBG) bought the stake from subsidiary Havila AS, increasing NBG’s ownership in The Fjords from 50% to 100%, according to a statement.
The parties did not disclose any price for the transaction.
